Activepieces runs securely behind the scenes while you create, test, and monitor automations from the simpler Viabol dashboard.

Templates give you a working starting point. You configure a few business details instead of building every step from a blank canvas.

Customers fill in fields like notification email, reply tone, customer-facing messages, and business context. They do not see internal automation-engine webhook URLs.

Viabol saves the request first, runs the required AI, email, or integration steps, and then updates your run history with the result and any useful error details.

The Viabol dashboard is the primary inbox and run log. Google Sheets, email, Stripe, and similar tools are optional destinations connected per workflow, not the default customer database.
